Our Client is a Suffolk County SNF/ Subacute with Flexible Hours with Fairly Distributed Case Load for Each Clinician.

from University Professors/ Mentors
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must hold NYS License or LIMITED PERMIT ELIGIBLE.
- Must have previous experience with LTC patients and related documentation.
- Must be able to work independently and in a team environment.
