Job Description: Position is for a new graduate/ self-starter for large, DOH Survey successful skilled nursing facility with involved/ established sub acute program. Facility is in a quite Bronx neighborhood.
VACATION w/ 4 wks vacation, after 4 yrs gets another week
OTHER PAID TIME: 11 hol, 15 sick (payable at end of year), 3 personal;
LIFE INSURANCE: $50K life insur policy.
MEDICAL/ DENTAL: Basic Dental (but can upgrade on own); AFLAC available

Skills:

Job Description: Excellent stable job (1199 union) for new grad Occupational Therapist. Will consider new grads on limited permits.
- 1199: 4 wks vaca; 12 sick; 10 hol; 2 pers; major med; rx; dental; vision; no copay for RX or dr visits
- Recvs $50 per hr for weekend & holiday coverage; gets diff day off if wks hol
- Starts working in gym (Subacute, LTC; outpatient (neuro) - CPR certified preferred
Skills: Must have graduated from NYS Dept of Ed accredited OT program AND already live in metro NY area.
