Current Positions
Primary Care Physician - Part Time - LTC/ Subacute
POSITION SUMMARY - Manage and coordinate medical care for each
resident (e.g., adult, geriatric, short/long term rehab). Physician also
provides direct medical care and makes referrals to other physicians
and medical professionals as necessary. - Experienced with care & treatment of short term subacute
- Experience with care & treatment of HIV/AIDS including direct
management of antiretroviral therapy and opportunistic infections. - This position is part time; there are several full time MD/DO's on staff. - This position reports to the Medical Director.
EDUCATION/ CREDENTIALS - NYS Licensed Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy. - Successful completion of post-graduate residency in internal medicine of family practice accredited by the ACGME. - Completion of residency in Internal Medicine or Family Practice
HOURS: 18.75/ Flexible
