Facility Maintenance Manager - NURSING HOME - Brooklyn, NY
POSITION SUMMARY:
Manages the organizations needs related to facilities maintenance that promotes and maintains the efficiency and effectiveness and safety needs of the environment for patients, guests, visitors, and staff.
Responsible for the management and the continued preparation of the facility and competence related to performance of job.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS • Prior experience in NURSING HOME MAINTENANCE is a MUST! • Experience with DOH Survey Process • Knowledge of OSHA protocol. • Must be able to read, understand and follow simple directions. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. • Interpersonal and communication skills, preferred • Experience and ability to work with various departments, a plus
