DIRECTOR OF MANAGED CARE - Medical Long Term Care - (NYS License Required) in Manhattan (full time/ permanent staff position)
Provides leadership and oversight for the Care Management Department of a
partially capitated managed long term care plan funded by Medicaid.
Responsibilities include participation in policy development, strategic
planning, budgeting, regulatory oversight, management of nursing
personnel, care management and quality oversight, staff recruitment and
retention, staff development.
REQUIREMENTS:
- NYS RN in Good Standing
- Previous Managed Care Leadership a Must
- CCM or CCP certification of eligibility preferred
- Must Have Had Financial Responsibility at a Leadership Level

DIRECTOR OF OPERATING ROOM (NYS License Required) for for Article 28/ Ambulatory Care Center for Women's Health (Full Time/ permanent staff position)
REQUIREMENTS:
- NYS RN License
- Certified Nurse midwife or Nurse Practitioner
- Must have strong supervisory, administrative, and clinical experience
in ambulatory/ outpatient/ surgi center setting
- Absolutely
MUST have experience multi-tasking: scheduling patients and staff,
pre-/post op coordinating care and troubleshooting
- Adheres to and enforces regulatory compliance, excellence of care, ensures staff education
- Clearly
documents and shares all patient information, communicates efficiently
with Clinic Administrator, Medical Director and clinical staff
- Attends all care plan & other meetings as required
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus but not required

- Prior service as Inservice/ Continuous Education Instructor in LTC environment
- Completely aware of and had prior experience with DOH Survey
